Start with the basics; you want to look for something that will obviously give you longer range. In a long range barrel you should look for a longer barrel with fluting. I would recommend OPSGEAR Raider M82A1 18" Fluted Sniper Barrel or a FLATLINE.
The OPSGEAR barrel has to be the best straight barrel that I have ever seen. On a straight shot towards a target about 200 ft, this barrel had a straight shot most of the way. Of course if you arc your shot that will increase range, but this barrel still can deploy long range shots with no arc at all. Aesthetic beauty is no stranger with this barrel either. You will scare other players when you walk on the field wielding an A-5 equipped with this barrel.
The FLATLINE is the best and nothing compares, period.
With either of the barrels stated, I would recommend a 4x28 Tri-Rail scope. I would also recommend any red dot sight.
Depends on Comfort, my personal preference would be any saw stock.
A saw stock poses many advantages. The flip up butt-plate reduces reload time by allowing the marker to rest on your shoulder while you reload. Target acquisition comes easier because of the cutout design. Protective gear doesn't limit your mobility with the comfort of the stock. Did I mention its perfect for sniping?
The air system can seem complicated to some, but it's quite simple. Look for an air-thru stock and get a remote; this will get the tank out of your way when you need to be comfortable for those long range shots. The remote can lead to your tank in a pack or vest.
You want to find a pack that you can carry some rounds and a convenient air thru configuration, basically make sure the remote can run from the gun to the bag without getting in your way.
Snipers are not usually unloading so I would recommend a smaller more conventional hopper when sniping. All in all I would recommend a 10-ball tube while sniping. The Q-Loader is a new hopper that uses a vacuum system and it keeps the hopper completely out of your line of sight.
